Reaction to Provocations is a direct appreciation to it, certainly ignorance is the best solution
A person will provoke you till he receives a reaction from you, which appears as a success to this task but once he realises that you're not affected by his action and words then today or tomorrow he'll surely cease to his acts and will certainly accept his failure.
Ignorance to such acts is the best solution...
